Dr Rowan spent enough time and effort not only to examine my daughter, but also to explain what may be the causes for my daughter's problem, and explained the measures she will take to further investigate it, following up with us the progress of the tests she have asked for. Her way of explaining the cause and the way she communicated with us gave a great impression on her professionalism and talent.

Dr Heath discussed my daughter's health issue with me, examined her carefully (having washed her hands first!) and also took bloods, which saved me coming back for a phlebotomy appointment the following day. She was very pleasant and reassuring, and she explained her reasons for arriving at her conclusion. I was very happy with the care that she provided.
